    • Delivery details: Accommodation name, street address, city, postal code
    • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
    • Booking details: Rental dates, items rented, special requests

    • To process and fulfill your rental booking
    • To communicate with you about your order via email or WhatsApp
    • To process payments securely through Stripe
    • To improve our service

    4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

    We process your data based on: (a) contractual necessity — to fulfill your rental booking; (b) legitimate interest — to improve our service; and (c) consent — for optional marketing communications.

    5. Data Sharing

    We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), and delivery partners as needed to fulfill your booking. We never sell your personal data.

    6. Data Retention

    We retain booking data for 3 years for tax and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
