Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of Petita Rentals' baby gear rental service in Barcelona. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

When you book, your card is authorized but not charged until we confirm availability.
We will confirm or decline your booking within 2 hours via WhatsApp or email.
If we cannot fulfill your booking, the authorization is released automatically.
All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Rental Period

Minimum rental period is 3 days.
Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance.
Extensions may be requested via WhatsApp, subject to availability.

4. Delivery & Returns

Free delivery and pick-up within Barcelona and surrounding areas.
Delivery times are between 8:00 and 20:00.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal use.

5. Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before delivery.
Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.

6. Care & Responsibility

You are responsible for the rented items during the rental period.
Use items according to manufacturer guidelines and age recommendations.
Report any damage or issues immediately via WhatsApp.
You may be charged for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

7. Safety & Hygiene

All items are professionally cleaned and sanitized between rentals. Items meet EU safety standards. Always follow manufacturer instructions and never leave children unattended with rented equipment.

8. Liability

Petita Rentals provides equipment in good working condition. We are not liable for misuse of equipment or injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines. Our total liability is limited to the rental fee paid.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
